Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Technologies CD 220K, TYPE 1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Couth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Couth such as the MC2000T2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42000010 manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G303L00U by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sensym Brand CotiGlobalSensors in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Technology such as P301A equipment made by Control-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Technology" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ISIC13 made by Cooper as well as the popular 541605 original spares produced by Cooper

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DIN3380075B by Control-Techniques and P301A spares by Control-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
